Tried to play but the .exe won't work on my -old and tired- PC !!!!!!

You need to download and install DirectX End-User Runtime.

ビデオカードがDirectX9.0c対応なのも必須です。
Please be sure your GPU supports DirectX9.0c.
ただし、ネットブックなどではかなり遅くなります。
If you have low-end GPU like a netbook's one, the game will get slow.
あと、蛇足ですが「not-so-great system」では、「あまりよくないシステム」になってしまうのでは…。

残念ながら[シューティングラブ。200X]をPC移植する予定はありません。
There is no schedule which releases PC port version Shooting Love 200X.
This was a really fun competition, thank you to all who were involved.
To be honest, I never really played much of -0 on the XBOX360, will definitely play more of it in the future.
